TERMS & CONDITIONS

When we send your didgeridoo, you will receive a notification email with a tracking number. If your didgeridoo hasn’t arrived after 21 days after the Notification Email, you must contact us.

If your didgeridoo arrives damaged or broken, you must contact us immediately via email. Claims cannot be processed if the above conditions are not met. After 3 failed delivery attempts, your didgeridoo will be returned to sender - you will be liable for the re-delivery costs. If your didgeridoo is being sent to a third party, please advise them of the above conditions. While we make every effort to assist, you accept that Whitsunday Opals will not be liable for import tax/duties which may be imposed by customs in other countries. All cost for freight, insurance, and export charges out of Australia will be paid for by Whitsunday Opals.

Canvas Painting Delivery & Insurance

All paintings are taken off the frame, rolled and sent in a tube for the safety of the canvas. Frames are not included. While we make every effort to assist, you accept that Whitsunday Opals will not be liable for import tax/duties which may be imposed by customs in other countries. All cost for freight, insurance, and export charges out of Australia will be paid for by Whitsunday Opals.
